Jack Biebel Owner, Performance & Longevity Specialist
Jack is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping clients build a resilient body for a long and active life. As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to excel in sports, focusing on reducing injury and improving performance through evidence-based training.
Jack also applies this same scientific approach to work with the general population, helping them improve key longevity metrics and feel stronger in their everyday lives. He customizes progressive programs for every client—from professional athletes to individuals seeking to master the fundamentals of human movement—to ensure they achieve their goals.

With over a decade of experience in Sports Performance and Exercise Physiology, Michelle combines real-world expertise with evidence-based strategies to help clients cut through the noise of the ever-changing wellness industry. Her approach is grounded in science and backed by current research, empowering individuals to make informed, sustainable decisions about their health.
As a former collegiate athlete who has recovered from an ACL injury, Michelle understands the challenges of both high-performance training and rehabilitation. She’s also experienced in guiding individuals through weight loss, fat loss, pregnancy, and postpartum fitness—always with a focus on attainable goals and long-term success.
